The brief
Direct Floor Systems works across an unusually wide range of sectors, hospitals, prisons, hotels, schools and private homes, all needing very different reassurances from a flooring contractor. The site needed sector-specific pages rather than one generic services list trying to cover everything at once.
What I did
I built dedicated pages for each sector, so a facilities manager at an NHS trust and a hotel operations manager each land on copy written for their situation, not a one-size-fits-all pitch.
Twenty-five years of trading history sits alongside the sector pages as a constant reassurance, since contract flooring decisions often come down to trust in the contractor as much as the product.
The result
A site that lets Direct Floor Systems speak credibly to a prison, a private homeowner and a hotel chain without diluting the message for any of them.
