What they do:
Women-only beauty salon in Carleton, near Pontefract, established 2004. Facials, “Million Dollar” treatments, nails, waxing and lash lifts, with online booking and an integrated shop for gift vouchers.
The brief
Lilac Heaven wanted more than a brochure site. As a women-only salon with two therapists working under one roof, they needed online booking and a shop for gift vouchers built in, not bolted on through a third-party app.
What I did
I integrated Acuity booking directly into the site so clients can book with Melanie or Rachael by name, and added a shop for gift vouchers so a sale doesn’t need a phone call.
Each therapist’s specialisms are credited clearly against the treatments they offer, so it’s obvious who’s doing what before a client books.
The result
A site that behaves like a genuine booking and retail tool for Lilac Heaven, not just a listing of treatments, letting clients book and buy without leaving the page.
