The brief
Elm Tree Denture Clinic works directly with the public but also relies on dentists referring partial denture patients their way. The site needed to reassure new patients while making that referral process genuinely straightforward for the professionals sending work their way.
What I did
I added a downloadable referral letter template for dentists, so the site does real work in the referral pathway instead of just describing the service.
The clinic’s GDC, MHRA and Companies House registrations, plus the team’s 25-plus years working together, sit clearly on the page, since that credibility matters as much to a nervous new patient as it does to a referring dentist.
The result
A site that serves two different audiences, direct patients and referring dentists, without either one feeling like an afterthought.
