What I did

I put genuine patient reviews front and centre on the homepage, rotating real feedback rather than a single static testimonial, so trust is the first thing a visitor sees.

Online booking through Cliniko sits right alongside the reviews, so once someone’s reassured, booking a home visit takes one click rather than a phone call.

The result

A site where the home-visit model is explained as clearly as the clinical work itself, with real patient reviews doing the reassurance that matters most for a service delivered in someone’s own home.
